We love Yoga!


We have been having lots of fun practicing yoga in some of the classes with Ms McGuinness. The girls have been working on improving their breathing techniques, as well as their physical posture and flexibility, balance and coordination. Yoga is also hugely important for improving focus and concentration and for boosting self-esteem and confidence. The girls have lots of fun getting into the different poses, and always look forward to the relaxation and meditation at the end of the class!!
