First class does Gaelic football every Wednesday with Kevin from Templeogue Synge Street G.A.A. Club. We play games, learn skills such as kicking, dribbling and hand passing and play matches. Some of us also play on Saturday mornings. We really enjoy Gaelic football and look forward to it every week.
On Monday 1st March Cassie, Sarah, Aoife and Rachel represented our school in a Badminton Primary Schools competition in Baldoyle. This was the first time our school had a badminton team. The girls put on a fantastic performance and were delighted to be crowned runners up on the day. Pius Abú!!

Ms Goss’ second class have been using our pocket planners to keep track of our exercise each day. We really enjoyed completing the activity challenges each week. The pocket planners have encouraged us to exercise more so that we can reach our weekly goal!

From an active ‘líne’ to Gaelic football training every Wednesday, the girls in 3rd Class are getting plenty of exercise!
The girls in 4th Class have started keeping a running log and do two laps around the school every Monday and Friday!
On wet days the girls in Junior Infants get lots of exercise indoors by dancing to GoNoodle at break-time!
After weeks of planning, designing and investigating, Engineers Week finally arrived.
