We started running laps around the school a few months ago. At first we could barely run one lap and now we can run three laps comfortably! We love to challenge ourselves to do better, and we find our fitness levels and stamina are definitely improving. It`s also very sociable. We`re doing it with our friends and we`re constantly encouraging each other. We get lots of healthy fresh air and most importantly everybody enjoys running laps! We write “laps” on the IWB in bold, bright colours every break to remind the teacher and to ensure that we do laps at least three times a week.
