Well done to our girls from 4th and 6th classes who represented St. Pius X GNS at this year’s Credit Union Quiz last Friday 1st February. The Credit Union Schools Quiz is a competition for school children across the island of Ireland. Each year around 25,000 children from the four corners of Ireland take part.
Congratulations to our 6th class team who came 1st place with a phenomenal 67/72 correct answers. The girls go on now to the All Ireland qualifier on March 1st with the hope of qualifying for the National Finals in the RDS.
Well done also to the girls from 4th class who worked really hard and did really well on the night also. A big thank you to our subs from each of the teams who came to support the girls on the night and for their hard work over the past few months.
