Our Junior Infants started Camogie training today with Tommy from Faughs GAA. They had a great morning learning how to hold a hurl and hit the sliotar!

The Running Club finished the cross country running season on a high today, 16th May. They competed in the final of the South County Cross Country races in Corkagh Park, Clondalkin. They achieved an amazing 3rd place overall out of 78 schools competing from South Dublin! St Pius X GNS Running Club were victorious for the second year running at the Terenure College Cross Country races last Friday! We won twenty medals in total, getting first place in every single race! Incredible stuff! Not surprisingly we were crowned the overall champion school, winning a voucher for the school. Congratulations to the St Pius girls Louise, Sophie, Aisling and Harriet who were runners up in the annual golf classic in the Castle Golf Club on May 28th. The girls had an early start on the morning (7.15am) but the sun shone all day, making for perfect golf weather. Well done girls!
